ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet to expedite the proceedings pending on its file in DVC No. 42 of 2020.

2. The petitioner herein filed a domestic violence complaint against the respondents in the year 2020.

3. A perusal of the adjudication sheet filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that enquiry in the matter was completed and the same was posted for arguments as early as 23.06.2025. Thereafter, it appears that some application has been filed seeking re-opening of the case.

4. Taking into consideration the complaint was of the year 2020 and it already reached the argument stage, this Court is inclined to direct the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet to dispose of the complaint as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, the civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
