This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 311 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against the judgment passed by the Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Tiruppur in Spl.S.C.No.70 of 2023 dated 17.10.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 311 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
