ORDER

The contempt petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No/25475 of 2025 dated 11.07.2025, was not complied with. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 07.01.2026 was placed before this Court. It is seen that the 1st respondent inspite of the police report has come to a conclusion that there is no ground to take action against the concerned Club. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the positive report filed by the police, the 1st respondent had failed to take action against the Club.

4.In the considered view of this Court the legality or otherwise of the decision taken by the 1st respondent cannot be gone into in a contempt petition

and accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to challenge the order of the 1st respondent dated 07.01.2026.
