This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 74 days in filing the second appeal against the judgment and decree dated 02.04.2024 passed in A.S.No.77 of 2019 on the file of the Spl. Court for Trial of Cases under SC/ST [POA] Act, Tiruppur.

2. Mr.G.Mutharasu, learned counsel appearing on behalf of first respondent has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and as no serious objections expressed by the learned counsel for first respondent, delay is condoned and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is Ordered.
