ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This petition is filed to permit the applicants to withdraw a sum of Rs.17,97,500/- deposited to the credit of O.P.No.510 of 2018. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the said petition, it had been contended that consequent to the directions of this Court, a sum of Rs.17,97,500/- had been deposited to the credit of O.P.No.510 of 2018. It is contended that the applicants are entitled for the same and as a matter of fact, the Division Bench had dismissed the Original Side Appeal with costs of Rs.1,00,000/- and directed Rs.50,000/- was payable to the applicants and Rs.50,000/- was payable to the High Court Legal Services Authority. It was therefore stated that the applicants are entitled for withdrawal of the said amount.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the respondents also. 4.Taking all the facts into consideration, the petition stands allowed.
