COMMON ORDER The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC, 1860, in Crime No.131 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. This Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.OP.Nos.30735 & 30896 of 2025, dated 12.11.2025, with a condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- each, along with other conditions. However, the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.30896 of 2025, namely V.Geetha, alone has complied with the said condition and is regularly appearing with the respondent police and co-operating with the investigation.

3. So far as the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.30735 of 2025, namely Vasudevan, is concerned, he has neither surrendered nor executed the sureties, nor come forward to seek any extension or make any representation before this Court for continuation of the bail order.

4. This Court had already observed that if the petitioners fail to comply with the condition, the bail order stall stand dismissed automatically.

5. In view of the above, the compliance of the condition by V.Geetha in Crl.OP.No.30896 of 2025 is hereby recorded. Whereas Vasudevan in Crl.OP.No.30735 of 2025 is concerned, as observed in the earlier order dated 12.11.2025, the bail order shall stand cancelled automatically. 2/4

6. Registry is directed not to list the matter once again. Hence, no further orders are required.
