ORDER

This application has been filed by the applicant to issue Subpoena to the witness namely, Mr.S.Natarajan, in respect of the Will dated 22.01.2008.

2. According to the applicant, he is the petitioner in the main petition and filed the petition for grant of Letters of Administration in respect of Will dated 22.01.2008. The attesting witness in the Will has to be examined, as one of the 2/6

witness and therefore, it is necessary to issue summons to the witness and therefore, filed this application.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and in order to prove the Will, it is necessary to examine the witness. Therefore, this application is allowed.

5. Post the matter before the learned Master for recording evidence on 18.12.2025.
