kmm COMMON O R D E R The petitioners herein apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 4(1-A), 4(1)(aaa) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act in Crime No.229 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This Court had earlier dismissed the petitioners' anticipatory bail petition on 22.08.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.20259 of 2025, however without any change in circumstances, present petition is filed.

3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order, since there is no change in circumstances.
