Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire record relating to the impugned/rejection order passed by the 5th respondent against the online application made by the petitioner in Appl.No.200081570925552, dated 04.09.2025 and quash the same and consequently directing the 3rd respondent to provide new electricity connection to the premises of the petitioner in survey no.279 situated at Kukkalmalai Village, Dharmapuri District, within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
