ORDER

The contempt petition filed by the petitioner in Contempt Petition No.481 of 2021 was already closed by this Court as early as on 17.08.2021 itself. The petitioner seeks to revive the said contempt petition.

2. The respondents have categorically stated that there is no cause of action for reviving the said contempt petition as there is no disobedience committed by the respondents. The same is disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. However, there is no evidence produced by the petitioner before this Court to prove that subsequent to the closure of the contempt petition, the respondents have disobeyed the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.28949 of 2011, dated 18.02.2020. In view of the same, the question of reviving the contempt petition through this sub application does not arise. Accordingly, this application stands closed.
