ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the fourth respondent dated 14.10.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. A perusal of the impugned order dated 14.10.2025 reveals that it is an appealable order before the appellate authority. Since an appeal remedy is very much available, the writ petition is not maintainable without exhausting the appeal remedy. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appeal against the order passed by the fourth respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
