This petition is filed to condone the delay of 12 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.S.T.Varadarajalu, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.T.Chandrasekaran, learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent and Mr.C.S.K.Sathish, learned counsel for the second respondent.

The delay is 12 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 12 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
