This miscellaneous petition is filed to substitute the petitioners herein as writ petitioners in W.P.No.10421 of 2021 being the legal heirs of the deceased writ petitioner late. A.Kandasamy who expired on 15.01.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent and learned Standing

Counsel appearing for the 2nd and 3rd respondents has no objection for allowing this petition.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, this miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.
