This application has been filed by the applicant to condone the delay of 229 days in filing the Adoption Memo of the 3rd defendant in C.S.No.216 of 2024. 2.According to the applicant, he is the 2nd defendant in the main Suit and the 3rd defendant in the Suit has already filed the Written Statement. Now, the applicant wants to adopt the written statement filed by the 3rd defendant in the Suit and to that effect he wants to file an Adoption Memo and there is a delay in filing the said Memo. Therefore, he has preferred the above application seeking condonation of the said delay of 229 days.
