ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 11.09.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for survey of the subject property and for fixing the boundaries.

2. Heard Mr.J.Selvarajan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for first respondent.

3. The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of the subject property by virtue of a registered sale deed dated 22.09.2016. The patta was also issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.1307. The petitioner submitted an application on 11.09.2025 to the first respondent seeking survey of the subject property and to fix boundaries. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the 2/4

case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to first respondent to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 11.09.2025 and conduct survey in the subject property based on the title document and the patta that stands in the name of the petitioner. If there are any other interested parties, such survey shall be conducted in their presence. This process shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
