The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B), 25 and 29(1) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985 in Crime No. 347 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier, this Court dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.25825 of 2025 by order dated 19.09.2025 on the following reasons: "Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the investigation is at crucial stage and the contraband involved in this case is a huge quantity, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner".

3. Considering the fact that the contraband seized is of huge quantity and since there is no change in circumstances established before this Court to revisit the earlier order.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 10.11.2025 2/4
