The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.08.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 296(b), 105 of BNS Act in Crime No.245 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

2. It is seen that, this Court by an order dated 16.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28297 of 2025 had dismissed the petitioner's bail application stating the following reason:

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel on either side and the manner in which the occurrence had taken place and the deceased was died in the hospital and the investigation is not yet completed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Now, the present petition has been filed without any change in circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order.
