2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that this is the second quash petition. He further submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report is to be filed.
Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, with liberty granted to the petitioner to challenge the final report as and when it is filed, if so advised.
