2. Heard Mr.T.Karunakaran, learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Mr.S.Krishnasamy, learned counsel for caveator/respondent has no serious objection for condoning the delay.

4. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, delay of 12 days in filing the appeal is condoned and this petition is allowed.
