This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased respondent viz., A.Prabu, who is the proposed second respondent in the above CMA No. 2189 of 2023.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments and list the CMA in the 2nd week of June 2026.
