ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to remove the transformer installed on plot No.85, Survey No.2588, Old Block No.39, Ward No.7, Deepan Nagar, Kondur Post, Cuddalore District from the petitioner's land and direct the respondents to pay a compensation of Rs.9,50,000/- towards the loss suffered by the petitioner on account of illegal occupation and mental agony.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the property comprised in Plot No.85, Survey No.2588, Old Block No.39, Ward No.7, Deepan Nagar, Kondur Post, Cuddalore District. The further case of the petitioner is that the respondents have erected a transformer right in front of the

petitioner property preventing the ingress and egress of the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner made several representations before the respondents for shifting the transformer. However, no order has been passed on the representations of the petitioner till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the

limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the petitioner to give a fresh representation along with a copy of this order to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the said representation, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass orders, within a period of six (6) weeks thereafter, in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
