O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the 1strespondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner against the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 06.03.2025 and to pass orders within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and persued the materials available on record.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the patta was transferred in the name of the private respondent, without issuing any notice to the petitioner and hence, the petitioner submitted a representation to the 2nd respondent. The 2nd respondent, through proceedings dated 06.03.2025, rejected the request made 2/4

by the petitioner for issuance of patta. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed an appeal before the 1st respondent on 07.04.2025. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner on 07.04.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and final orders shall be passed, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 10.11.2025 gya Index : Yes/No 3/4
