ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, seeking a limited relief.
2. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the Domestic Violence complaint in D.V.C. No.7 of 2023 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Dharapuram. The petitioner is the wife. As seen from the Civil Revision Petition, the present status of the D.V.C. complaint is at the trial stage.
3. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with by this Court.
4. After giving due consideration to the present status of the complaint and the year of the complaint, this Court directs the trial court, namely the Judicial Magistrate Court, Dharapuram to dispose of D.V.C. No.7 of 2023 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
