ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24795 of 2025 dated 11.09.2025, passed by this Court report before the respondent police every Tuesday and Saturday at at 10.30 A.M., for the period of three months.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24795 of 2025 dated 11.09.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. The other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain intact.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
