ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 17.04.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11412 of 2025, thereby directing the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.1506 of 2020 and file a final report within a period of two months.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.1506 of 2020 and filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance in P.R.C.No.34 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Poonamallee. 3.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
