The Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order passed in W.P.No.30215 of 2024 dated 15.10.2024.

2. When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 06.09.2024 had been considered by the respondent, and an order was passed in proceedings in Na.Ka.B2/3155512/2025 dated 17.10.2025. A copy of the said order was produced before this Court and the same was handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. In view the same, the Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the order passed by the respondent, it is for him to Page Nos.2/5
