ORDER

The petitioner, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.10.2024, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 296(b), 309(4), 311, 351(3), 125, 324(4), 61(2) of BNS in Crime No.404 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The allegation of the petitioner is that this petitioner joining hands with other accused committed roberry of Rs.9000/-. Hence this case. K. RAJASEKAR, J.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner was arrested and they were in judicial custody from 10.10.2024 and are ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for respondent would submit that there are 37 previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is having 37 previous cases and having bad antecedents, and this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
