ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., as imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.336 of 2025 dated 09.01.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that final report has been filed in this case and yet to be taken on file.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.336 of 2025 order dated 15.09.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
