O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.9814 of 2025 dated 15.10.2025 in connection with Crime No.249 of 2025, on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai on 22.07.2025 and the condition to appear before 1/4

the respondent police was subsequently modified on 15.10.2025 directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent police once in 15 days at 10.a.m., until further orders.

3. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by the Sessions Court regularly and seeks to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioners may be directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed continuously for a month.

5. In view of the above, the impugned order dated 15.10.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.9814 of 2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
