This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to extend the time to execute the surety by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23445 of 2025 dated 25.08.2025.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, and accordingly, the time is extended by one week to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 25.08.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.23445 of 2025, from the date on which the order copy is made ready.
