ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition that the petitioner to appear once in a week i.e on every Monday imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24202 of 2025 dated 03.09.2025. 2.The petitioner /accused in a trap case was arrested by the respondent on 01.03.2025. Thereafter, he was granted bail on 26.03.2025 in Crl MP No.500 of 2025 on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. Further, he filed a modification petition in Crl.M.P.No.696 of 2025 and the condition was modified viz., the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice in a week, i.e. on every Monday and Friday. Thereafter, he filed a petition in Crl.MP.No.1003 of 2025, seeking further relaxation of the condition. The trial Court, by order dated 04.06.2025, modified the condition directing the petitioner to appear once in a week before the respondent police. He further filed a petition in Crl.OP No.24202 of 2025 before this Court, seeking for modification of the trial Court order. This Court, considering the

stage of investigation, had dismissed the petition and negatived his prayer vide order dated 03.09.2025. Again, the present petition is filed seeking for further modification on the ground that in this case, the investigation in respect of the petitioner concerned, is almost over and the petitioner is complying with the condition by appearing before the respondent police and it has become tedious one for him as he was made to wait for a whole day. 3.The learned Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been comply with the condition diligently and appearing before the respondent police and it is a trap case and it had taken place on 01.03.2025 and now almost seven months had gone by and now the investigation as regards the petitioner concerned is substantially completed and no serious objection is raised for relaxation of the condition.

4.Considering the fact that petitioner has been complying with the condition diligently and the investigation as regards the petitioner is concerned, is substantially completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear

before the trial court once in a week i.e on every Monday, until further orders, is totally relaxed while all other conditions remain unaltered. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent as and when summoned. 19-11-2025 dn
