This matter was taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for petitioner would submit that this Court by an order dated 11.11.2025 granted suspension of sentence. However, he would submit that para 4(a) as well as To address of the order instead of mentioning the name of trial court viz., Sessions (Fast Track Mahila) Judge, Namakkal, it was mentioned as Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Chennai. Hence, he prayed to amend the same and requested to issue fresh certified order copy.

3. Considering his submissions, Registry is directed to substitute the words in para 4(a), 5 th line viz., learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai as "Sessions (Fast Track Mahila) Judge, Namakkal." and also directed to substitute the To address as follows :- 1/4

"1. Sessions (Fast Track Mahila) Judge, Namakkal.

2. The Superintendent of Prison, Central Prison, Coimbatore.

3. Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Namakkal, Namakkal Dt."

4. Registry is directed to incorporate above correction in the order of this Court in Crl.M.P.No.21004 of 2025 dated 11.11.2025 and issue fresh order copy.

5. Time is extended for the period of two weeks for execution of sureties from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 27.11.2025 rpp 2/4
