ORDER

Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned", at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that some error has been crept in paragraph No.4(a) of the order dated 29.10.2025. The said paragraph No.4(a) is to be replaced as follows:

"4(a) the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only), to the credit of Spl.S.C.No.11 of 2019, on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Magila Court, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District, without prejudice his defence, within a period of two weeks from the date of his release."

3. Registry is directed to incorporate the above paragraph No.4(a), quoted above and issue fresh order copy to the parties forthwith.
