ORDER

The petitioner herein, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.08.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 118(1) of BNS @ 296(b), 105 of BNS in Crime No.252 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. The earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 15.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28081 of 2025.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.

Though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the co-accused were already granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 26.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25563 of 2025, the same is prior to dismissal of the earlier bail application of the petitioner and taking note of the fact that, the earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 15.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28081 of 2025, the present bail petition is filed immediately on 24.10.2025 2/4

without any change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
