This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22517 of 2025, dated 17.09.2025 with the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Ulundurpet and report before the Inspector of Police, Ulundurpet Town Police Station, Kallakurichi District daily at 10.30 am until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that final report has been filed.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22517 of 2025 dated 17.09.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
