rap 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 states that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and the final report has been filed.

3.In view of the fact that the final report has been filed, the condition imposed in Para No.7(b) of the order passed in Crl.A.No.1425 of 2025 dated 18.09.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates.
