This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the 2nd accused to suspend the sentence imposed on him in Spl.S.C.No.09 of 2019 dated 25.06.2025 by the learned Special Court for Exclusive trial of Cases registered under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989), Villupuram and enlarge him on bail.

2. Since the records have been received and the typed set of papers is also made ready, this Court is inclined to take up the main appeal.
