The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.08.2025, seeks bail in S.C.No. 68, 69 & 73 of 2025 for the offence punishable under Sections Man Missing @ Sections 379 @ 120 (b), 395 of IPC and Section 174(C) of Indian Railways Act in connection with Crime 1/4
Nos.251, 252 & 263 of 2016, registered on the file of the respondent.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an accused facing trial in S.C.No. 68, 69 & 73 of 2025 on the file of the learned District & Sessions Judge, Tirupathur.. He further submitted that due to ill health, he was unable to appear before the trial Court, and he was issued with the non-bailable warrant on 13.09.2024 and the same was executed on 01.08.2025. Warrant. He further submit that, since the trial was going on for very long period, he was not able to appear. He also submitted that the petitioner will undertake that hereafter he will regularly appear before the trial court on all hearing dates and also stated that he is prepared to comply with any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Therefore, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that due to the absence of the petitioner, the trial proceedings were stalled. He further submitted that, now the case is posted for examination of witnesses.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
5. Considering the long absence of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
