This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the contempt of order of this Court made in W.P.No.30367 of 2025, dated 26.8.2025.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court the communication received from the United India Insurance Company dated 10.11.2025, wherein it is seen that only a part of the amount has been paid and the remaining has been rejected.

3.In the light of the above development, it is left open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings and workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
