ORDER

(1) This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 15.10.2025, passed in EP.No.86/2021 in Arbitration OP.No.11/2018, on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Perambalur. (2) Both the learned counsels represent that the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has reserved orders in CMA[MD].No.85/2022 preferred against the Arbitration OP.No.11/2018. The learned counsels conceded that the result of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal would have a bearing on the execution proceedings. (3) Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. (4) Indisputably, the Award in Arb.OP.No.11/2018, was challenged in CMA [MD].No.85/2022 and orders were reserved by the Hon'ble Division Bench on 04.03.2026. Since, the result of the aforesaid CMA, will have a bearing on the execution proceedings, this Court is not inclined to keep the Civil Revision Petition pending till the final orders are passed in CMA [MD].No.85/2022.

(5) Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, directing the Execution Court to pass appropriate orders in the execution proceedings, subject to the result of the judgment reserved in CMA[MD].No.85/2022. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
