ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 17.9.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking for the transfer of patta in his name. 2.Heard Mr.T.Saravanan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate for the respondent. 3.The petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject property by virtue of a registered sale deed dated 29.6.2011 registered as Document No.7629/11. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 17.09.2025, seeking for transfer of patta in his name. Since the same has not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4.In the considered view of this Court, the petitioner has to necessarily make an on-line application to the respondent along with all the relevant documents and by providing all the necessary particulars. On such application being made, the respondent shall act upon the same and take a decision on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the on-line application from the petitioner.
