ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in in Crl.O.P.No.27177 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025, directing the petitioner to report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate at 10.30 a.m., on every Monday to K.RAJASEKAR, J.

Crl.M.P.No.20412 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27177 of 2025 ssi Friday and appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., on every Saturday and Sunday in connection with Crime No.369 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27177 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
