It is seen that since the marriage would have been performed as on date, as the date for the marriage has been fixed on 02.11.2025, we are of the view that the question of advancement of hearing of the matter does not arise at all. Hence, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

3. Registry is directed to list the main HCP for hearing in the usual course.
