This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 10 days in filing the criminal revision petition against the order made in Crl.A.No.74 of 2024 dated 07.07.2025 on the file of the Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of SC and ST cases, Tiruppur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 10 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
