ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Petition has been filed ventilating the grievance that revision petition filed under Section 80A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971, has remained pending without any decision.
2. Before we could go into further aspects of the matter, Mr.A.Edwin Prabhakar, learned State Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, upon instructions, would submit that the revision petition filed by the petitioners is listed for hearing before the competent authority on 11.11.2025.
3. In that view of the matter, no orders are required to be passed. The petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. WMP No.46303 of 2025 is closed.
4. Since the petitioners have paid the entire court fees, WMP No.46302 of 2025 filed to allow the petitioners to file a single writ petition is allowed.
