This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.38 of 2022, pending on the file of the respondent Police to an appropriate and competent investigating agency, and conduct further investigation and file a final report within a stipulated time.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that this cse is of the year 2022 and investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed through e-filing in LTN20230002584C202400171, before the learned Judicial Magistrate Poonamallee, on 02.08.2025.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the final report, he is entitled to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
