The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.09.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 21(d)(h), 51 and 53 of Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882 and Sections 9, 39(1)(d), 50(1)(b)(c), 51(1) of the Wild Life ( Protection) Amendmet Act, 2022 and Section 13, 1/4

9B(1)(a)(b) of the Explosion Act and Section 5 of Explosive Substance Act, 1908 in Crime No.02 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was found in possession of country made explosives which is used for hunting of animals. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner was found in possession of explosives inside the Forest. He further submitted that, petitioner has one previous case.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner caught red handed with the country made explosives for the purpose of hunting the animals and also 2/4

the fact that the petitioner is having one previous case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
