This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to deal with the application submitted by the petitioner on 04.05.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for rectification of the error that has crept in during the UDR proceedings, pertaining to the subject property, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to deal with the application submitted by the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 13.11.2025 2/4
