ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.20489 of 2025 dated 11.09.2025 directing that "the petitioner shall report before the Dharmapuri Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., for a period of 2 months" in toto.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20489 of 2025 dated 11.09.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
