ORDER
The petitioner/plaintiff filed a suit for declaration and injunction against the respondents. Pending suit, he filed three applications in IA.Nos.4, 5 and 6 of 2025 seeking interim injunction not to interfere with the possession, injunction not to alienate the suit property to third parties and mandatory injunction directing 1st respondent to hand over the title documents pertains to the suit property. The said interlocutory applications came up for hearing on 18-09-2025 and adjourned to 10-11-2025. Thereafter, the petitioner filed IA.No.7 of 2025 on 26-09-2025 seeking advancement of the hearing in view of the urgency involved in this matter. The said application was dismissed on 1310-2025. In these circumstances, the petitioner seeks a direction to trial court 2/4
to dispose of the interim applications filed by him within a time limit.
2. Mrs.K.Aswini Devi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the 2nd respondent.
3. The petitioner seeks an urgent order of interim injunction against the respondents. It is seen from the typed set of papers that the respondents 1 and 3 already entered appearance and also filed a counter in the advance hearing petition filed by the petitioner. Taking into consideration that the petitioner filed interim applications seeking injunction against alienation and also injunction restraining the respondents from interfering with his possession, the trial court is directed to dispose of the interlocutory applications in IA.Nos.4, 5 and 6 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible.
4. With this direction, these Civil Revision Petitions stands disposed. No costs.
